Ortho-Bionomy & Manual Lymph Drainage are put into practice separately or blended together during the course of a session. Symptoms may be relieved with no residual trauma to the surrounding tissues vessels or nerves. Self-care education is an important element of sessions at the Therapeutic Alternative.
